It is easy for us to call this established, family-oriented community “home.” Nestled in the trees of East Cobb County, Georgia, Arbor Bridge was built about 30 years ago and continues to be a very active and desirable community. We are located within walking distance to top-rated schools: Rocky Mt. Elementary, Mabry Middle School, and Lassiter High School.
One of the nicest aspects of our neighborhood is the variety of house styles, such as Cape Cod, Colonial, Victorian, and European stucco. Each house is situated on a ½-acre lot that is heavily wooded with plenty of privacy. A creek runs throughout the neighborhood, providing hours of enjoyment for kids of all ages.
Many Arbor Bridge houses include features usually found in pricier neighborhoods, like five bedrooms, built-in bookcases, wet bars, multiple fireplaces, and hardwood floors.
Neighborhood amenities include a junior Olympic swimming pool, baby pool, four tennis courts, playground, and clubhouse. We have a strong participation in the Alta Tennis Association for both men’s and women’s leagues, and our swim team has enjoyed nearly undefeated status for many years. Socially our neighborhood is very active with holiday parties, gourmet clubs, prayer groups, playgroup, book club and multiple bunco groups.
Close to Sweat Mountain Park, Shaw Park, Harrison Park and Tennis Center, Cobb County Aquatic Center, Chattahoochee Technical School, Kennesaw State University and more.
Located just minutes from Shallowford and Sandy Plains and 20 minutes from Town Center Mall. Within 30 minutes drive of Cumberland, Northpoint, and Lenox Malls. Easy access to GA 400, I-75 and I-575.
